The Life Insurance Corporation Act, 1956 (31 of 1956) as amended by The Finance Act, 2021 (13 of 2021) with
1. The Life Insurance Corporation General Rules, 1956 as amended by (Amendment) Rules, 2022.
2. The Life Insurance Corporation (Modification of Settlements) Act, 1976.
3. Notification regarding Form, Manner, Period, and Details prescribed in respect of declaration to be made and particulars to be included in the register to be maintained under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) shall apply to the Corporation with modifications [Vide S.O. 995(E)), dated 3rd March, 2022].
